In this episode Eric interviews Eric Martin from the Department of Kinesiology at Boise State University in Boise, ID. Eric was trained in sports psychology, and a healthy competitive spirit growing up contributed to his interests in basketball, golf, and even birth order survival tactics. We discuss his doctoral work at Michigan State, the transition to becoming an assistant professor, work-life balance, and his current line of research about student social support, resilience, and coping skills.
